Seven central located, well maintained 40 –120 qm large affordable and comfortable friendly vacation apartments/ studios for 2 – 6 people, located on a quiet side street in Kolonaki; close by Kolonaki or Kypselli (downtown); six different buildings; SAT-TV; air-conditioning; central heater, coffee maker, toaster, DVD-CD player, stereo, iron, hairdryer; kitchen or kitchenette; laundry service; very good infrastructure, car not necessary; English speaking care taker.

We are immensely happy to finally be in the position to offer vacation apartments in Athens. The units are suitable for all guests who are interested in a city vacation or a culture vacation or for guests that need a break in Athens before or after their vacation on the Peloponnes or the island. A regular Greek visitor knows the problems very well: you reached Athens and you don’t fell completely fresh to continue your 300 km journey by car to reach a ferry or a badly timed flight back.

Here is where the Kolonaki apartments come into play. They are not only incredible suitable as transition domicile (and a great alternative to an hotel, since they are more affordable, larger and include the possibility to prepare your meals yourself) but they are equally fitting for a city vacation. Alone Acropolis and the national museum can be very time consuming and if you add Plaka, Omania, Syntagma or Kolonaki, a week in Athens will go by quickly.

Now back to the seven vacation apartments without wasting too much time onto Athens, since a descriptions with all the cultural facilities, antique sites, sights, cozy places, lively spots would be too long. Just one sentence for our guests that don’t know Athens yet: Athens is no moloch but one of the most diverse, adventurous and depending on taste most beautiful and fascinating European capitals that truly is worth a visit.

All apartments are close to the historical center of Athens or close by Kolonaki, and the deluxe apartment in downtown Kypselli. Two of the apartments are in one house and all the others are spread over various houses that all belong different private families. All apartments are close to the Acropolis, the antique Olympic stadium, the pillars of the Olympic Zeus, the diplomatic quarters, the national park (spacious park) and the antique market. Everything can be reached by foot and shopping opportunities as well as the famous nightlife are in a close distance. It does not matter if you are interested in culture, shopping or health facilities – just for one day, a week or one month – the Kolonaki apartments await it’s guests with friendly, comfortable and affordable manner.

Here comes the description of the various domiciles:

The apartments vary in size of 40, 55, 60, 90 and 120 qm and are suitable for 1 –6 people. They include modern living room and bedrooms, a complete kitchenette or kitchen with refrigerator and freezer unit, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils (pots, pens, dishes, utensils, cork screw and more) a bathroom with shower or bathtub with toilet and hair dryer. All apartments are fully equipped and hold central heater, air-conditioning, 30 canal TV, CD player and some a stereo system. In walking distance from the apartments you will find art galleries, shopping center, fitness center, doctors, grocery stores, bakeries, drug stores, gas station, banks and more. All apartments (except the deluxe) are just 5 minutes apart from each other.

Description of the apartments:

NR. 1:

Studio apartment, suitable for 1 – 2 people with a size of 40 qm and located in the heart of Athens and close to Kolonaki (5 minutes by foot) where you can find cinemas and theaters. The apartment is located 3 – 5 minutes to the metro and 5 minutes to antique sites. The studio holds a bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. It is very quiet although it is located central. Besides the above mentioned standard equipment you will find a microwave. (Of course also tables, chairs, closets with sufficient space, good mattresses – will not be mentioned in the next description since this is standard).

NR. 2:

Apartment NR. 2 lays together with NR. 4 directly by Kolonaki. It also has a size of 40 qm and is suitable for 2 people. It is just 3 – 5 minutes by foot to the metro. Here you will find a bedroom with double bed and a kitchen/ living room combination as well as a bathroom with shower. Additionally you will find a microwave, a washer and a iron.

NR. 3:

This apartment is just 2 minutes from the Kolonaki place in the heart of Kolonake and 3 minutes by foot to Syntagma place. Although it is located pretty central it lays quietly in a small side street. Exception here: large French bed and guest bed as well as a kitchenette, iron and stereo (additionally: DVD player/ CD player and 30 canal TV).

NR. 4:

Just like apartment NR. 2 it is located in the heart of Athens by Kolonaki, central and quiet and just 5 minutes to Kolonaki place. It is suitable for up to 4 people and has a size of 55 qm. It consists out of a large bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a large double bed as well as a kitchen and bathroom with bathtub (here also with iron and stereo).

NR. 5:

This apartment has a size of 60 qm and comes with it’s own kitchen and offers an extern laundry service and cleaning (optional). The apartment includes a large living room with two double-bed sofas and a large bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom with shower. The apartments holds higher standards and is extremely suitable for a family vacation. Also additional stereo and microwave. The apartment is in best distance to metro, bus, train and taxis.

NR. 6:

This apartment sizes 90 qm and is suitable for up to 6 people. It is like apartment NR. 5, just 2 bedrooms and living room with double sleeping sofa.

NR. 7:

The so called Deluxe-apartment has a size of 120 qm and it tops every hotel facility of higher standard. It includes over 2 bedroom and can hosts 6 guests. It holds SAT-TV, 30 canal TV, VCR and a stereo systems. A daily cleaning is optional as well as a extern laundry service. The living room is spacious and best equipped. It is located in downtown Athens – Fokionos-Kypselli in residence location and a good walking distance to the commerce center with perfect connection to bus, trains and more.

The prices for the 40 and 55 qm apartment are meant for a occupancy of 2 people – each additional person + 15,- per day.

The 90 qm/ 60 qm apartments costs:

Occupancy of 3 pers. daily 90/95,- and weekly 600/630,-

Occupancy of 4 pers. daily 110/120,- and weekly 700/730,-

Occupancy of 5 pers. daily 130/140,- and weekly 800/830,-

Occupancy of 6 pers. (only in 90 qm apartment) daily 160,- and weekly 990,-

The deluxe apartment cost above mention price by occupancy of 1 – 3 people; and by 4 – 6 people + 10,- Euro/ person. A minimum stay of 7 days is requested.

Note

The end cleaning, towels and sheets are free of charge.

In between cleanings: 25,- and extra laundry 20,-

Arrival after 15:45 (except at weekends upon requests). Departure up to 12:00 o’clock.
