I think that nobody, who takes a look at the photos, will doubt that the Elissaveta is a house with higher standards – I feel that with it's size, tranquillity and higher standards it represents itself as a perfect family domicile or the ideal vacation place for 6 adults. Everything is harmonious – the equipment, the surroundings, the closeness to the sandy beach (1800 m), the infrastructure, the beautiful view to the ocean along the coast – everything is plainly beautiful.

How you can recognize on the photos, the Elissaveta is a spacious stone cottage that sympathise with Mani's gender towers and that won't require an air-conditioning even in August.

It belongs to theses houses, that are built very massive that the thick stone walls will cool in the summer and will bring enough warmth during the winter. You always will have a consistent temperature in the yearly cycle – and if it ever gets too cool in the winter, a large open fireplace will bring you the needed warmth.

The house is equipped with a large patio landscape – three covered and furnished patios of 8 – 15 qm, three extremely shady places with table and benches on the garden estate as well as a grassy area with 4 lounge chairs and other seating opportunities . The 170 qm large villa will offer you a wonderfully recuperating vacation domicile, which is suitable for up to 10 people. It provides a large amount of space for privacy, but offers also plenty of places where the family or the group can join together. The spacious 4000 qm garden estate is the prefect place for children and gives them the opportunity to play carefree and dangerless, since there is less traffic around the house. Dog owners will be equally pleases with all the various walking routes that they can explode with their pets during many hikes and view the beautiful panorama over the ocean and the mountains.

The villa consistent out of two floors, that can be only rented as one unit. The groundfloor is suitable for 4 – 6 people and on the top floor is enough space for 4 people. The spacial division is as follows:

The groundfloor includes two bedrooms, a living-room with TV, radio and more, a large pretty kitchen and dinning room as well as a bathroom with shower. The upper floor holds a very spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Since you won't find a kitchen on the upper floor, you can't rent both floors separately.

The equipment is beautiful and includes very good furniture – you won't find anything missing – it is just like home, which you can see in the photos, although they are a little bit on the dark side. The closets, tables and chairs are made out of massive wood and partial antique. This is in contrast to the modern kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven, washer, coffee maker and all possible electric equipment.

The mattresses are back-friendly. You will find a total of 10 sleeping opportunities: 2 double beds, four single beds, in the living-room a large armchair that can be converted into a bed and a wide and comfortable sofa bed. Round arches, numerous accessories ad a truly loving equipment present a hint of luxury as well as a homy atmosphere. This concept continues on the balconies and patios (a patio is in front of the kitchen door , one is in front of the living-room at the main entrance and one is between the two bedrooms on the groundfloor). Here you can find bamboo armchairs, chairs, wooden bench and a large glass table (chairs are on the smaller patios). Everything is framed by flowers (dogs need to be careful here, since the flowers and plants are the pride of the Elissaveta) and they polish the natural stone paths and the estate.

The infrastructure is good – the distance to the closest mini store and vegetable and fruit store amounts approximately 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car. Taverns are even closer.

You can easily walk to the beach and all important stores, banks and more are located closeby in Gythio.

You can rent horses as well as bikes.

One more note to the two taverns: Maria is the best tavern within the surrounding neighborhood considering traditional cuisine (to affordable prices). At Vassileos you can get additionally an outstanding international cuisine if you need a break from the Greek cuisine.
